Renowned Social Political Activist Sardar Tajinder Singh said the decision of Union Cabinet to extend distribution of five kg free food to poor families till March next year under Pardhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Yogana (PMGKY) is a Welcome Step and it Will help poor people of country and espically to the poor people of Jammu and Kashmir UT.
Tajinder Singh while terming the extension of providing free food till March 2022 ,to the ration card holders in the country as principle line of the Government which shows the vision of Prime Minister “Sabka Sath,Sabka vikas,Sabka Vishwas, and focussing on the survival of the last man in the Queue.
Tajinder also said that the free of cost food grains under the scheme has successfully countered the ill effects of Covid19 hardships faced by the poorest of poor in the country especially the poor and downtrodden people of Jammu and Kashmir.
