Former J&K Minister and Ex MLA Kupwara Gh Qadir Mir died during the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday at his Srinagar residence.
Family of the deceased while confirming the demise of Mir said that his body is being taken to “Lone Harie” Kupwara in north Kashmir where he will be laid to rest.
“Namaz-e-Jinazah of the deceased will be announced later,” one of a close relatives told The Kashmir Age.
