Vehicular traffic movement remains halted after a landslide occurred in Sonamarg area in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district this afternoon, reliable sources said.
They told GNS that a landslide occurred near Sonamarg Bye-pass, bringing an abrupt halt to the traffic on both sides.
Despite few hours into the occurrence, no body has reached the site to clear the road of the debris, they said adding dozens of vehicles as such remain stranded along the road. (GNS)
