Jammu: The armies of India and Pakistan on Wednesday exchanged heavy fire and shelling along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Two civilians were reported in the firing that is going in Degwar, Shahpur and Saujiyan sectors of Poonch district.
An official said that Pakistani army resorted to firing and shelling, following which Indian troops retaliated effectively.
