From Gurez Valley to Sonamarg, the (P)Beacon/32 Border Road Task Force (BRTF) is making significant strides in promoting cleanliness in Kashmir. In a recent initiative, pamphlets promoting cleanliness were distributed to tourists, encouraging them to maintain the region’s natural beauty.

As part of the #SwachchataHiSewa campaign, (P)Beacon/32 BRTF and its allied units honored the efforts of Safai Karmis, recognizing their vital contributions to maintaining a clean environment. “Together, we build a cleaner Kashmir!” was the rallying cry as community members joined in the efforts.

The cleanliness drive has transformed roads, passes, and institutional buildings, making them shine from Tangdhar to Zozila. Clean roads and beautiful passes have been the hallmark of this initiative, with the (P)Beacon/32 BRTF actively promoting clean tourism throughout Gurez, Rajdan, Sadhana, and Zozila.

The collective efforts of the (P)Beacon/32 BRTF and local communities are setting a powerful example for environmental stewardship in Kashmir. Let’s spread the word and continue working toward a cleaner, greener future! #SwachchBharat #CleanIndia
