Ghaziabad, Sep 16 : Ghaziabad Police have arrested a notorious criminal involved in the murder of BSP candidate and businessman Deepak Bhardwaj four years ago.
The accused Manjhedar Nath alias Swami Pratibhanand was held last night, police said.
