The Drugs Control Organisation, District Baramulla, in collaboration with the Baramulla Chemists and Druggists Association (BCDA) (an affiliated district unit of JKCDA/AIOCD), has organised a sensitisation program for stakeholders from Tehsil Uri and Tehsil Boniyar at Boniyar on the implementation of various provisions of drug laws and regulations.
The program was presided over by the esteemed Assistant Drug Controller, Dr. Zaffar Ahmad Bhat, & DCO Mr Gowher Mushtaq Bhat and the drug regulatory authority has provide valuable insights to stakeholders regarding critical aspects of drug law enforcement and compliance.
The Program was meticulously organised by drug control department in collaboration with BCDA ensuring seamless coordination and participation of drug stakeholders. The Elected President Mr. Showkat Hussain kaila, Vice president Mr.Rizwan Shafi Malik, Chairman BCDA Mr. Shafeeq Ahmad Mirchal, Senior Trader Mr.Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, Mr.Manzoor Ahmad wani, Mr. Suhail Aafak Chalkoo & others welcomed the dignitaries.
This initiative was aimed to enhance awareness and promote better adherence to drug-related laws among the stakeholders, contributing to the safe and ethical distribution of medicines in the region.
