Shivpuri, MP, Sep 19 : Four members of an inter-state mobile phone thief gang have been arrested and 17 cellular phones – worth Rs 1.70 lakh – seized from them in this district’s Manpura village, police said.
On a tip-off, Om Prakash Parihar, Sanjeev Parihar, Manoj Jatav and Rameshwar Parihar were arrested last night. The four confessed to entering trains on the pretext of cleaning and stealing mobile phones belonging to passengers in train after they fall asleep. The culprits were trying to sell these mobile phones in Shivpuri.   (UNI)
