In a significant development for the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) in Jammu & Kashmir, two prominent figures — Bashir Ahmad Buhroo, Senior Vice President of the Trade Union Bandipora, and renowned social worker Sabdar Ali Gojar Turk — formally joined the party on Monday at its Head Office in Pampore.

The induction took place in the presence of SBSP State President Shri Vivek Bali, North Kashmir Incharge Wajahat Raina, and senior party leader Nazir Ahmad Khan. The leaders extended a warm welcome to the new members, expressing confidence that their inclusion would further strengthen the party's grassroots presence, particularly in the Bandipora district.

As a mark of trust and recognition of his leadership, Bashir Ahmad Buhroo was appointed as the District President of SBSP Bandipora during the ceremony by State President Vivek Bali.

Speaking on the occasion, state president Vivek Bali stated, “We are very happy to welcome dedicated voices of the working class and society into SBSP. The inclusion of Bashir Ahmad Buhroo and Sabdar Ali Gojar Turk will definitely give new strength to our movement in North Kashmir, especially in Bandipora district. People across Jammu and Kashmir are joining SBSP because we are committed to working for the welfare and empowerment of the common people.”

The event marks a notable expansion of SBSP’s influence in the region as it continues to draw support from grassroots leaders and activists ahead of the upcoming electoral developments in the Union Territory.
