Srinagar 21th of September 2017; Dr Ab. Dar, Secretary (technical) Health & Medical Education, J&K inspected construction work of office of the Director General Indian Systems of Medicine & Homeopathy (AYUSH) at Bamina bye pass Sgr. today.
He was informed that the building which is being constructed at an estimated cost of the 8.19 corers shall be completed by the end of this year .He urged the executing agency J&K Housing board to get fencing of the area done on priority basis and complete the project including furniture and fixture within the estimated cost. Also the fire fighting, security and sanitation disposal be addressed as per the guidelines of the concerned departments. Dr. Kabir informed that this is a dream project and way forward for the massive infrastructure development drive started for the development of ISM& H (AYUSH) in J&K.
He informed that the Govt. Unani Hospital Shalteng, Sgr. will be revamped back and the dream college of Govt. Unani Medical College Nawab Bagh shall be started from next year.
He advised the medical and paramedical staff to be punctual to their duties and stick to their own system of medicine action will be taken against absentees and defaulters.
