Top Pulmonologist of Valley, Dr Naveed Nazir Shah, has joined Rotary's Global Humanitarian Netwok.
Confirming it to news agency, Dr Naveed said that the decision to join to the Network, consisting of more than 1.4 million members in globally, was taken by him for larger public good." "I would try to make whatever contribution I can do for the service of humanity," he said. The volunteer Network works on sustainable community projects to address global challenges, guided by the motto "Service Above Self".
As per details, the Network promotes peace, fights disease, provides clean water and sanitation, supports education and local economies, and protects the environment.
Through local clubs, global partnerships, and community-based action, the members try to tackle persistent issues, working with partners like UNICEF to make a lasting difference worldwide.
