Budgam: Reports said that the braid of Raja Begum (30) was chopped off when she was alone in the kitchen of her house in Hanjigund village.
They said some neighbors found her unconscious with a chopped braid.
This is the second such incident in the same village during past twenty four hours.
Last evening, braid of an elderly woman was chopped off at her house. The incident triggered scare in the village.
Police have formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the matter.
