Kaithal, Oct 4 : Sotha village in Haryana’s Kaithal district is in the grip of some unknown mysterious disease which has resulted in the death of 24 people during the last two months.
According to reports, four deaths in the village on September 30 caused panic among the villagers.
The villagers claimed that those dead are in the age group of 30—40-years except one 15-year-old child.
Some public representatives brought the matter to the knowledge of administration following which a team of health department visited the village on Tuesday.
However, the health officials claimed that 14 persons have died from April to October 3 in the village.(UNI)
