Bandipora, Dec 13 :Enough stock of essential commodities was available in the border area of Gurez, which remained cut off from the district headquarters following heavy snowfall.
The border area, which is surrounded by Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) from three sides, remained cut off from the Kashmir valley for about six winter months due to snowfall.
The authorities have already stocked essentials in Gurez and other areas, which also remained cut off during winter months. (UNI)
