Srinagar, Jan 23 : Terming the Kashmir University evaluation and examination process flawed, All Jammu and Kashmir Students Union (AJKSU) on Tuesday said the students are at the receiving end.

In a statement here, president of AJKSU Asif Wani said the students are often forced to hit the streets. He alleged that KU has become an autocratic institution that enjoys immunity and is answerable to none.

The result of UG 1st semester (CBCS) is not the first such result where most of the students failed, he said AJKSU protested last year when about 80 per cent of students from Government Degree College (GDC) Bemina failed in English and after rechecking they passed with huge percentage.

Mr Wani said, “Bundle of KU answer sheets were recovered from two persons travelling in car, by police last year.
