SRINAGAR, APRIL 21: The Deputy Commissioner Srinagar today directed all SDMs, ACRs and Tehsildars of the district to hold Public Durbars twice a week at their respective jurisdictions to redress the complaints, problems being faced by the general public.

He further directed all Srinagar based sectoral officers to depute their appropriate Tehsil level officers to remain present in the Public Darbars and ensure redressal of grievances being faced by the people.

He also asked the Additional Deputy Commissioners of Srinagar to monitor these Public Durbars.
