Anantnag, Jan 25 : Two Lok Adalats are being organised in this and Kulgam district of south Kashmir on February 10 to settle amicably cases of different nature among the litigants, an official spokesman said on Thursday.
He said according to Chairman District Legal Services Authority, a national Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held at District Court Complex Anantnag on February 10.
Similarly another Lok Adalat will be organised at District Court Complex Kulgam on the same day.
He said cases pertaining to Negotiable Instruments Act, cases under section 138, MACT, Matrimonial, Family disputes, Labour disputes, criminal cases, Civil cases, Bank recovery cases, Electricity, Water bills and cases related to other civil issues before the courts would be heard.
All the concerned litigants who are interested to settle their disputes in the proposed National Lok Adalat are directed to approach the concerned courts immediately along with the applications so that the list is submitted to the authority.
