SRINAGAR: A delegation of Mechanical irrigation employees’ federation (MIEF), Kashmir met SE Mechanical Irrigation Mr. Afaq to discuss various problem faced by the employees especially daily wagers and casual labors.

The delegation led by Farooq Ahmad Khan, Patron Mechanical and irrigation employees federation (MIEF), Kashmir, EJAC Chief Adviser and  Sarbarah, PHE Employees’ Kashmir briefed about the issues concerning DPC, High grade, low grade, pending salaries of Daily wagers, casual from years. He was also informed about the land holders’ problem in a detailed memorandum which was submitted on the occasion.

The dearth of staff was also taken up for the rederessal. On the occasion Ghulam Mohdin Wani, President MIEF, Nazir Ahmad Ganie General Secretary, Chairman Mohammad Shafi Ahangar, Showkat Ahmad Dar, Secretary, Ali Mohammad Malik President land holders, Haji Noor Mohd, Spokesperson MIEF were also present on the occasion.

The SE assured the delegation that the genuine issues of the employees would be resolved earliest.
