Srinagar: Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Hurriyat Conference chairmenโ€” Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, and JKLF Chief Yasin MAlik on Tuesday called for complete shutdown on February 9 and February 11, against the hanging of Muhammad Afzal Guru and Muhammad Maqbool Bhat.

In a joint statement issued here, JRL said that protests should be staged across Kashmir while as on February 11, a joint memorandum will be submitted to UNO Sonwar , asking it to urge India to return the mortal remains of Guru and Bhat.
