Srinagar: A complete shutdown is being observed in south Kashmir’s Tral town ahead of the government of India’s special representative for Kashmir Dineshwar Sharma’s visit in the town on Thursday, witness told.

All Shops, business establishments and educational institutions are closed in the town, they said.

According to official sources heavy deployment of army, SOG, CRPF and police has been put in place in Tral town ahead of Dineshwar Sharma’s visit.

Government of India’s special representative for Kashmir Dineshwar Sharma is scheduled to visit Tral, which is considered as “sensitive” by the forces agencies.
