JAMMU, APRIL 18- Government today ordered that the certificates of practice as Notary issued in favour of Advocate Surjeet Singh and Advocate Ghulam Qadir Rather, for territorial jurisdiction of Municipal limits of Jammu city and for territorial jurisdiction of District Court Budgam respectively are put under suspension with immediate effect
