‘BCI has given clean chit to Kathua Bar without hearing other side’
Srinagar, Apr 27 : President of Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) and ex Minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir on Friday expressed his disappointment on the statement of Bar Council of India.
“Bar Council of India has unilaterally given clean chit to the Bar of Kathua without hearing the other side,” Mir said.
“Can the agitation of lawyers calling for CBI probe is justified when the legal remedy is available,” he added. (KNS)
