SRINAGAR, MAY 01 : AIRTEL and JIO subscribers of valley are facing hardship due to poor services and weak signals from past one month.
Subscribers from Naranaag Kangan Ganderbal alleged that they are experiencing a lot of trouble with mobile communication and internet connectivity.
They said that despite complaints, no sign of improvement was seen in the services. “We face problem of weak signals in both AIRTEL and JIO networks”, told subscriber to PTK over phone
They added that this is very troublesome to make or receive calls adding that even if the signal comes, the call drop makes it difficult to communicate.
