Srinagar: “Every stone thrown by misguided youths destabilises state and country,” PM Modi said in SKICC, Srinagar and added “J-K will have to come out of this atmosphere”.
Modi said “There are foreign powers at play in Jammu and Kashmir that do not want development of state. We need to give befitting reply to them.”
“Centre, J-K government have policy, intent and capability to take decisions to solve development issues of state”, Modi said.
Modi is on a day long visit to Jammu Kashmir.
