Srinagar: At least one youth sustained pellet injuries during clashes between protesters in Nowhatta area of old city on Friday.
Local sources said that clashes erupted soon after congregational prayers were over in the historic jamia masjid.
Witnesses told Kashmir Reader they saw one injured with pellets after forces resorted to pellet firing and tear smoke shelling to disperse stone pelting protesters. (Agencies)
