Chennai, Jun 29 : Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami on Friday inaugurated a blood donation camp organised by the State Police Department.
The blood donation camp was organized to create awareness among the public.
The camp was organized in 89 places in all the districts across the state. Over 20,000 police personnel came forward to donate blood and all the donors will be given certificate from the State Government.
Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam, Cabinet Ministers, Chief Secretary Girija Vaidyanathan and other top officials took part in the programme.
