Srinagar: The Mughal Road, connecting the twin districts of Poonch and Rajouri in Jammu region with South Kashmir’s Shopian district, was closed for traffic due to landslides in high altitude areas late last evening.
Quoting police GNS said that the Mughal Road has been closed due to landslides caused by incessant rains at Chhatapani along the highway.
They said that the efforts are on to restore the road for the vehicular traffic.(Agencies)
