Bandipora: “In order to maintain law and order, and to safe guard life and property of Public, District Magistrate Bandipora has ordered imposition of restrictions under section 144 cr.p.c within the limits of Tehsil Bandipora/ Aloosa/ Ajas/ Sumbal/ Hajin from dawn to dusk up to 09.07.2018,” an official statement said on Saturday.
As per order, no assembly or congregation will be allowed without prior permission of District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/ Sub Divisional Magistrate. Similarly, no person shall use loudspeaker or any other device for making a speech or any announcement for any other purpose without prior permission of District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate.
However, the order shall not be applicable to ambulances and other emergency services staff.(Agencies)
