Ganderbal: An Amarnath pilgrim from Punjab died due to natural causes at the Baltal base camp here during the intervening night, officials told Kashmir Reader Monday.
60-year-old Gurnam Singh, son of Gurdiyal Singh was taken ill at the Baltal base camp on Sunday night. He was removed to the base camp hospital where he passed away.
With his death, the toll in this year’s annual pilgrimage, which began on 28 June, has now reached 15.(Agencies)
