Srinagar: A minor boy drowned in a stream in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, an official told local media Monday.
Syed Hanan, son of Syed Anatullah of Dangerpora drowned in a nallah at Puhru, Sopore when he was taking a bath along with his friends on Sunday evening, the official said.
He said the body of the minor boy was retrieved by the locals after hectic efforts. The deceased boy was a student of 4th class.
