Truck, drums for chemical purpose also seized
Srinagar: In a surprising incident, Food Safety department on Sunday raided a residence at Al-Noor Colony Hyderpora where they found drums used for poisonous chemicals where filled with eatable oil and was subsequently packed in a different Vynkya jars ( which is a Jaipur based company) and were later distributed to market.
The surprise inspection was done under the directions of Kabir Dar, Commissioner Food Safety.
Around twenty tons of oil and a truck was seized from the spot.
