LEH: BJP has been left red faced in Leh after Congress whitewashed all the 13 wards of Leh that went to polls during ULB Election 2018 in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Officials said that while Congress sweeped all the seats while BJP could not open its account on any single place.
