Srinagar, Oct 27: Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Mehmood Shah has paid tribute to Aqil Rasheed Sofi from Baramulla, Minhaj Mahi-ud-din from Sopore and Moaz, saying the tough time and resistance our youth are giving to forces is exemplary.

A spokesperson of LeT Dr Abdullah Ghaznavi in a statement issued to GNS quoted Shah as saying that on one side, forces are thousands is number and equipped with the state-of-the-art weaponry and โ€œchemical weaponsโ€, while on the other side, a handful of โ€œfreedom fightersโ€ have only a Kalashnikov and mere handful of ammunition, but โ€œstill rendering India into utter defeatโ€.

โ€œWe are proud of our youth, our mothers, brothers and sisters who are standing in harmony in the indigenous freedom struggle. They fearlessly come up in defence of their mujahid brothers. By Allah, this exemplary harmony and brotherhood will soon end the occupation,โ€ Shah said.

LeT chief said New Delhiโ€™s โ€œatrocitiesโ€ will never go unanswered. โ€œEvery war crime committed by Indian forces will be avenged. We affirm to the families of martyrs that their sacrifices will never go in vain,โ€ he said.
