BUDGAM: Shri Hari Mohan of Indian Railway Traffic Service took over the charge as Chief Area Manager Kashmir valley on Friday from his earlier assignment of Chief Area Manager Northern Railway. Mr Mohan has also worked as Divisional Operations Manger in Ambala Division. He belongs to 2011 batch of Union Public Service Commission officers.
