Srinagar, Mar 21: Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) on Saturday extended greetings to people on the auspicious occasion of Naroz and prayed for wellbeing and safety of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to statement issued to Kashmir Press Service (KPS), JKPCC State President G A Mir described Nauroz as a unique and pious occasion and prayed for wellbeing of the people.
“Nauroz is an occasion, which is very unique. It shall continue to enlighten the mankind about the good and the bad, right and the wrong, besides leading them at the path of righteousness and truthfulness”, Mir said.
“I convey my hearty greetings to people on this auspicious occasion and hope that it will bring all the happiness and smiles on the faces of people”, Mir added.
He wished a very happy Nauroz to all the countrymen especially the people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
“Let the occasion take the entire world out of the current deadliest situation arose out of the COVID-19”, Mir prayed.
