Srinagar, April 7: Four shopkeepers were booked by police on Tuesday for violating government orders about lock-down. All these four shopkeepers were seen doing normal business in old Srinagar city when police detained them.

Police sources told KNT that Police Station Safa Kadal booked four shopkeepers for violating Government Orders of 144 CrPc and an FIR vide number 41.2020 under section 188, 269 IPC, 56 Disaster Management Act was registered against them.

Police sources identified these shopkeepers as Irfan Ahmed Dhobi of Khanyar, Muhammad Ayoub Sofi of Nawakadal, Parvaiz Ahmed Bhagwan of Dangerpora Nawakadal and Javaid Ahmed Matoo of Kawadara Srinagar. (KNT)
