SRINAGAR: Life was today affected in south Kashmir district of Anantnag, where three militants were killed in a brief encounter with security forces last night.
Meanwhile, all educational institutions, which had reopened only yesterday after summer break, were closed again as a precautionary measure.
Reports reaching here said that shops and business establishments remained closed and traffic was off the roads in the town and adjoining areas and outskirts.
