Kupwara, June 29: A cop died after the motor-cycle he was riding was hit by a tipper in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Police sources told News Agency KNT that a motorcycle (PB2BC/1357) was driven by SPO Sukhvender Singh (367/SPO) that collided with Tipper (JK09/2973) at Chamkot due to which he was seriously injured.
The 25 year old cop was shifted to hospital he succumbed to his injuries.
A police official said that the deceased was posted at a minority picket at Trebonny Tangdar.
Police have seized the tipper and arrested the driver. (KNT)
