Pulwama, Aug 08: A young boy has gone missing from Awantipora area of southern Kashmir’s Pulwama district. Named Shakir-ul-Jabar, the youth left his home yesterday and didn’t return.

As per local sources, Shakir, son of Mohammad Jabar Sofi, is a resident of Kadalabal Awantipora.

His family members have now appealed him to return back. “Please return me my son back. I beg you,” his mother is seen pleading in a video which is being circulated on social media.

His mother said, “I was was out to visit my daughter who was quarantined after being tested positive for Coronavirus. After I came come, I didn’t find him here. His phone is also switched off.”

“I am diabetic and I may suffer a heart attack. What would then be our family’s fate?,” Shakir’s mother is seen saying. (KNT)
