JAMMU: The traffic Department has asked all the owners to get their vehicles insured to avoid action in case of default.
As per a spokesperson, the traffic department, as per the directions of Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety of India, is conducting periodical drives to check whether the vehicles owners have 3rd party insurance.
“As such all concerned are informed to get their vehicles insured otherwise their vehicles shall be seized by Traffic Police under non covering of 3rd Party Insurance” he added.
