Pulwama, Sep 16: A student allegedly committed suicide in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday.
Police have taken cognizance and registered a case in this regard.
Sources told news agency KNT that a 21 year old youth was found dead in his native Renzipora Pulwama village. Local sources said that the student identified as Wasim Ahmed ended his life by hanging himself.
The reason behind the incident was not known immediately.
A police official while confirming the incident said that after completion of all formalities, the body was handed over to the family. (KNT)
