‘Our militants decamp with four rifles’

Srinagar: Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Monday claimed the responsibility of an attack on the house of PDP Minister, Farooq Andrabi and decamping with four rifles at Shishter Gaam village of Dooru area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday.

In a tele-statement to KNS, Hizb operational spokesperson, Burhan-ud-din said, “The militant from our outfit attacked on police and CRPF at JK minister’s house and decamped with four rifles. One policeman was critically injured in the attack.”

He said, “The militants after decamping with four rifles have reached the safer place.”

Meanwhile, the operational spokesperson while quoting the Hizb Deputy Chief, Saifullah Khalid as “applauding the militants for carrying out such attack.”

Khalid said, “Our youth are much capable to carry out an attack on any politician.”
