Srinagar: States Accountability Commission has dismissed the case against Estates Department for on misusing hotel accommodation at Jammu.
The Commission in its order dated 08.03.2017 dismissed the case filed by advocate Tasleem Arshad who had alleged misuse of hotel accommodation and monitory benefits to the hoteliers at winter capital of the State.
States Accountability Commission after perusing the factual position submitted by the Estates department and the clarification by the concerned Director during the hearing dismissed the case after observing no merit in the complaint.
