Srinagar: Militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen Friday said that India has lost battle in Kashmir.

In a statement to news agency CNS, Hizb Chief Syed Salahuddin said that all tactics of Indian Forces and administration to crush freedom sentiments in Kashmir have failed and the writing is on the wall that Kashmir will see dawn of freedom.

โ€œThe atrocious tactics will prove counterproductive for India. The massive search operations in Shopian hamlets show the helplessness of Indian troops,โ€ he said.

Expressing sorrow over the death of Sumo driver Nazir Ahmed, Hizb Chief said that Indian Forces have been using locals as shield which is condemnable. International community and Human Rights organizations should take note of it.

Syed Salahuddin reiterated that Jammu Kashmir will obtained freedom from Indian. โ€œThe more India fails to read the writing on the wall the more it will suffer,โ€ he said. (CNS)
