Express resentment against appointments of Non cadre officers on cadre positions
Srinagar: A delegation of 1999 and 2001 batch KAS officers met the chief secretary in the civil secretariat and expressed strong resentment against the posting of junior officers of KAS over and above the seniors.
Reliable sources told KNS that Chief Secretary was apprised of the growing discontent among the officers against the pick and chose policy and also the posting of non cadre officials against the cadre posts.
Measures must be taken immediately to reverse the wrongs done by way of posting of officers in brazen violation of seniority and also to repatriate the officials occupying cadre posts of KAS.
The Chief Secretary assured the aggrieved officers that necessary measures in this regard will be taken soon.
