Ganderbal: Customers of JK Bank in Sonamarg destination are angry with the bank authorities for failing to reopen the ATM which is not working and remains out of order since last two months. Sources said.
The ATM installed at JK Bank Sonamarg a tourist destination is mute since months as tourists, traders and locals causing inconveniences. The ATM besides JK Bank Sonamarg remains dead due to any reason while the authorities turn blind eye to explore the satisfactory option, shop owners said.
The locals said that they have to travel 5 to 6 kilometers for accessing ATM to withdraw money as the Sonamarg ATM is useless unable to work causing inconveniences mostly tourists as they are causing more nuisance as compared to others. they added.
The locals, shopkeepers have urged higher authorities to meet their demand so that they don’t have to face inconvenience in withdrawing the cash.
