          SRINAGAR, MAY 25: State Human Rights Commission, Chairperson, Justice (retd) Bilal Nazki, today held the sitting of the Commission at Dak Bungalow Kupwara and took cognizance of 92 cases pertaining to the district.

          During the hearings, he gave on spot directions/ recommendations in a number of cases. Later, the Chairperson also took stock of various cases of human rights violations with police and the district administration.
