SRINAGAR: Security forces used coloured water and resorted to lathicharge to disperse hundreds of daily wagers and contractual employees of Public Health Engineering (PHE) department, who hit the streets, demanding regularisation of their services.
Hundreds of workers had assembled at Water Works Division, at Exchange Road near here, raising slogans in favour of their demands.(UNI)
