NEW DELHI: Irked by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s unprecedented outbursts against the state Governor KN Tripathi, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today spoke to the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and urged her not to deviate from “decorum”.

“Rajnath Singhji spoke to the Chief Minister and urged not to resort to political blame game.
The sanctity of the Constitutional position of a Governor ought to be respected,” a source told UNI here.
The development comes after Governor last night lodged a complaint to the Home Minister about Chief Minister’s remarks against him.
Ms Banerjee had yesterday alleged the Governor of behaving like a “block president of BJP”.   (UNI)
