New Delhi:ย The Supreme Court today said the jobs and admissions secured on fake caste certificates in reserved categories would not be sustained.
A division bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice of India Jagdish Singh Khehar, and also comprising Justice DY Chandrachud, passed the order to this effect.

The apex court passed the order after hearing a batch of petitions, among one of them was the Government of Maharashtra, who had challenged the Bombay High Court order.
